My stay at this hotel was far from ideal. The experience kicked off with an unorganized check-in and continued with numerous maintenance issues, including a leaking ceiling and lack of hot water. Despite these setbacks, the staff did their best to address our concerns, and I appreciated that our rooms were comped for the inconvenience. I can’t recommend this place due to the poor conditions we encountered.

The Ramada Inn in Burlington, NC, was a decent place for my seminar, with clean and adequate rooms, though the protruding bed frame was a minor annoyance. The breakfast was good, but the limited dining options were disappointing, especially at dinner. Additionally, the lack of a gym and the shut-down pool limited free-time activities, and I had a frustrating experience during check-out regarding charges that left me unsettled.
